The Novel Quest Team Building event is an exciting treasure hunt, designed to get teams to analyse their own performance.

There will be 4 Team Building Challenges to this Novel Quest!

Teambuilding Challenge 1: Photo Task

Teams will have to follow the written brief and take photos as per the clues to complete the first teambuilding challenge e.g. Take a photo of your whole team with their hands & feet in water. 1000 Bonus points for the team up to their knee’s in water.

Teambuilding Challenge 2: Collection Task

What you read is what you get. Collect the items on your written brief to complete this team building challenge e.g. Bonus points will be awarded to the team with the most Unusual, Clever or Creative Item!

Teambuilding Challenge 3: Project

This will be all about team work so get your creative juices flowing and complete the task as meticulously as possible. Hint: You will need some of the items collected in previous tasks to complete this teambuilding challenge.

Teambuilding Challenge 4: Presentation

This is where it all comes together. Present your team as per the brief given to your team. You need to use your imagination for this teambuilding challenge and pick your team mates brain to create an amazing presentation, team work is key in this teambuild.
