Your challenge is to produce an impressive masterpiece from many separate Puzzle pieces. The Team will need to ‘See the Bigger Picture’ as they pull together to communicate and collaborate to make the project a success.
Every individual will contribute to the masterpiece that can be hung at the office and be a reminder of the fun filled day and individual contribution to this final masterpiece. Although each individual contributes & produces a masterpiece, the true success pivots on bringing it all together as a team.
The size of each puzzle piece will depend on the size of the group & time available. The puzzle will be 5 mm thick and will fit into a frame of 1cm thick, which all the delegates can paint together and personalize with their signature. For every 30 people there will be one frame with 30 pieces and the size will be 1m x 1m. As the numbers increase the amount of frames will increase to ensure your masterpieces will still fit on your wall.
