Based on ‘The Amazing Race’ reality TV show, Travel Quest is a superb team building format that encourages a natural flow of communication skills, planning strategies, teamwork, collaboration and integration of quality team initiatives in a race against the clock.
Suitable for everyone, as no high athletic ability is required. Teams must navigate, problem solve and strategise together. enjoying unique experiences, surprises and insights as a team, in an often hilarious and engaging way.
Launched from conference venues, restaurants or workplaces. Teams receive a themed briefing from our professional Travel Quest host.
Included in TEAMBUILDING:
- Allocation of Travel Quest Teams.
- Provision of essentials. Team Coloured Bandanas/hats/t-shirts, Funds, Satchels, Secured envelope details to 1st Check point.
- Guidelines and rules.
- A Challenge by choice philosophy is utilised for all activities. Each participating according to their ability. (Teams rotate roles i.e. leader, negotiator, planner, and driver at each check point).
- Cell-phone (sms will be sent to keeps teams secure and safe).
Once arrived, the team steps onto the Travel Quest mat to be congratulated and handed a ‘CHALLENGE’ envelope revealing the teams challenge: Chants, sculpting, team cycle relay, puzzles, building, serving, eating, entertaining, repairing, singing, dancing, driving, bowling etc (content is customised to specific requirements). Teams must reach check-points, road-blocks (team challenge), detours (1-2 person challenge) and yields (teams get to slow others down). Once teams successfully complete their challenges they will be given the final clue to the pit-stop.
