Based on the popular reality show SURVIVOR, this is a teambuilding event full of good fun and great teambuilding activities.
You’ve been deserted in an uninhabited land with no water, food or even cell phones, just the clothes on your back and a group of strangers. Strangers that will soon join forces to become the ultimate tribe, and win the ‘TRIBAL GAMES’ Team Building challenge.
Suitable for all capabilities, the teambuilding can be designed to last from 2hrs - 3 days. For 10-2000 participants.
Tribes successfully complete a balance of physical and cerebral activities designed to integrate, collaborate and build cohesive teams. After each Team Building Event, Points and Jury Stones are awarded to team players nominated by colleagues for valuable contribution.
At our tribal council, we will award the winning tribe and ask tribe members with the most Jury Stones to share a bit of insight on the event. The Jury votes for the ultimate tribal member (no voting off).
To end off the event we could include Firewalking.
Here are some basic fun team building challenges, challenges are modified to suit locations, interests, abilities and timing:
- Tribal Team Building Event 1 – Each Tribe must select a representative or Chief. In order to do this they have to ascertain amongst themselves which one of the Tribe members will be prepared to eat something of an unknown nature. On doing so the chief will be blindfolded and be required to eat something dreadfully juicy!
- Tribal Team Building Event 2 – Tribes will have to navigate themselves to the location of the Survivor site, they must safely get their team to the 1st immunity challenge, en route collecting TREEMAIL and essential equipment.
- Tribal Team Building Event 3– Success by elimination or alliance? 4 way tug of war.
- TribalTeam Building Event 4– Leadership development. The leader’s objective is to direct and navigate their blinded team to retrieve or rescue essential supplies. Leaders are rotated ensuring all survivors experience the crucial role of strongly directing and leading their team to success.
- Tribal Team Building Event 5 – After sumptuous rations its time to test the cellular activity whilst the body relaxes. Answer fun oriented trivia survivor questions to move forward in the knowledge race for reward.
- Tribal Team Building Event 6– Tribes must transport water from one point to another, only using tools given.
This fun Team building event can be designed to suit any Team and any Team Building venue country wide.
